Mission Backpack

Mission Backpack is another way of meeting the needs of our community by providing weekend meals to qualifying students in the Wild Rose school district.  At the beginning of every school year, the school makes this program available to qualifying parents.  Then every week volunteers pack weekend meals at the church which are delivered to the schools for distribution.  The current school year (2017) has seen our largest increase in the 5 years of operation, with a nearly 300% increase over the previous year.  Dedicated workers and donors make this program possible.
